Our indigenous-centered programs offer a transformative journey into traditional practices that connect us to nature, community, and self. Guided by experienced facilitators, these experiences include drumming sessions that tap into rhythm and energy, fire ceremonies that honor tradition and foster renewal, and healing circles that provide a safe space for sharing, reflection, and unity. Participants engage in these powerful practices to cultivate resilience, mindfulness, and a deep connection to the world around them.

Our after-school programs offer a safe, nurturing environment where children of all ages can unwind, build resilience, and develop essential life skills. With a focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, and personal growth, our program helps students manage stress and build confidence. Children engage in activities that range from creative arts and teamwork challenges to yoga and mindful movement, learning valuable tools for self-regulation, focus, and emotional resilience.
Through guided yoga sessions and mindful movement exercises, students connect with their bodies, practicing techniques that encourage calmness and awareness. Combined with hands-on projects and reflective activities, these practices create a balanced environment where every child feels empowered, supported, and ready to thrive academically and personally.

Launching in 2025, the Cub Academy Pre-K program will provide young learners with a nature-based education experience. This hands-on, exploratory program will help children develop essential skills through outdoor activities, creative play, and indigenous practices, laying the foundation for both academic and personal growth.
