Mindful Movement
"Power Poses & Positive Minds" is a specially designed program for 10-12-year-olds that blends yoga, mindfulness, and growth mindset practices to empower tweens during this pivotal stage of development. This program offers a unique combination of physical activity and mental resilience training, helping young participants build confidence, manage stress, and foster a positive outlook on life.
What We Offer:
Yoga for Strength & Flexibility: Each session incorporates yoga poses that promote physical strength, balance, and flexibility, while also teaching the importance of breathing and mindfulness in managing emotions.
Mindfulness Techniques: Participants will learn mindfulness practices to help them stay grounded, focused, and calm, even in challenging situations. These techniques are designed to be easily integrated into their daily lives, promoting long-term mental well-being.
Growth Mindset Coaching: Through engaging activities and discussions, we’ll explore the power of a growth mindset, encouraging tweens to embrace challenges, learn from mistakes, and persist in the face of setbacks. This aspect of the program aims to build resilience and a positive self-image.
